Dara S. Siegel

Mrs. Siegel, a partner in the law firm Siegel Siegel & Wright,  focuses her practice on both Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions in addition to coordinating short sales for clients, defending foreclosure actions, and mortgage modification. Mrs. Siegel has also litigated in the areas of Insurance Defense, Maritime and Admiralty, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Automobile Liability. In addition, she has represented various municipal agencies including several law enforcement agencies.

Mrs. Siegel has been practicing law since 1995 when she was admitted to the State Bar of California. In 1997 she was admitted to the Hawaii Bar and then in 1998 shewas admitted to the Florida Bar. She is also admitted as an attorney to the Federal Courts located in each state. Previously, Mrs. Siegel ran the real estate and title insurance departments at s separate law firm where her practice focused on Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transactions and Title Insurance as well as representation of community associations.   Mrs. Siegel is married to Spencer Siegel and together they are the proud parents of two boys.
