Spencer Bryant Siegel, the founding partner of the law firm Siegel Siegel & Wright in Boca Raton, focuses his practice on most aspects of criminal defense including DUI, drug crimes, trafficking, burglary, battery, robbery, violent crimes, sex crimes and juvenile matters. In addition to criminal matters, Mr. Siegel also represents clients in corporate contractual matters and personal injury.

Mr. Siegel is an experienced trial attorney with over 17 years of experience assisting clients in South Florida and other parts of the United States pro hac vice. He has appeared on network television shows including Good Morning America, The Today Show, radio programs, local news, and in newspapers.  Mr. Siegel was previously filmed on Court TV for his defense of  a schizophrenic  individual who attempted to drown his two year old son.

Originally from Long Island, NY, Mr. Siegel relocated to South Florida with his family in 1986. He attended both the University of Miami and the University of South Florida  before pursuing his juris doctorate at St. Thomas University School of Law where he graduated in 1994.  Mr. Siegel is married to Dara. S. Siegel, also a partner in Siegel Siegel & Wright and has two sons, Bennett and Layne.  Mr. Siegel was recently awarded the highest honor of Rotary International; he is now a Paul Harris Fellow.
