2. See Your Doctor!

Just because you feel OK right now doesn’t mean you didn’t hurt yourself – just like a bruise that may not show up until the next day, some injuries take time to present themselves. Go to your local hospital or your primary care physician. They will check you over and send you to the appropriate specialist such as an orthopedic or neurologist if necessary. Never take chances with your health and follow your doctors instructions!
